Stunningly handcrafted in London by Iluka London.

Combining crystal clear acrylic with the beauty and natural appeal of Australian Red Mallee burr wood, hand sanded and polished to perfection so the two unlikely materials meet in a seamless transition. Red Mallee (Eucalyptus socialis) is a Eucalypt species native to inland Australia.

This side table can have an optional LED panel in antique brass housing. Please get in touch if you would like to customise this piece.

Light enters and now I see

This hand-crafted, functional sculpture connects two contrasting elements in one: Australian Red Mallee and transparent Acrylic. Each piece is carefully hand polished and sanded to refine its unique identity. Light enters through the clear acrylic when place on top of an LED platform. This stunning timber is preserved in the acrylic, showcasing the gorgeous variation of the grain. We love a piece that is beautiful but also functional and this gorgeous sculpture works usefully as a table, ideal for living rooms or studies where it can truly be appreciated my you and your guests.
