Handcrafted by bronze artist, Neil Lemaire, in his foundry and studio in London.

Handmade from solid bronze using the Lost Wax casting process. Neil has accelerated the ageing process to give the vessel its blue patina. He has also added gorgeous polished bronze spheres to the exterior.

Mirror polished surface can be cleaned with 'Brasso' and a soft cloth. Avoid cleaning any patinated surfaces. Can be dusted using a soft paint brush. Suitable for outdoors, but will evolve due to natural weathering.

An exquisite contemporary artefact

Neil Lemaire's bronze vessels are created using the Lost Wax technique, also known as 'Cire Perdue', which was used by the ancient Celts. Knowing that this gorgeous piece is made using an ancient method gives it a wonderful, contemporary artefact feel, a living piece of history. Neil uses an oxidisation process to accelerate the natural ageing process of bronze to create the exquisite blue patination. He has also added delightful, decorative polished bronze spheres on the exterior of the vessel.

We recommend displaying this gorgeous piece at eye level, such as a mantelpiece, bookcase or shelf so it can truly be appreciated.
