Hand crafted in European oak with a boiled wood upholstery finish
This sofa design is inspired by the rich shipbuilding history of Glasgow. The entire Govan Collection draws inspiration from the pared back utilitarian forms of the areas once celebrated industrial might such as the monumental Finnieston Crane that sits on the banks of the Clyde, the largest remaining cantilever structure built to load locomotives on to ships for export around the world. It is also inspired by David Watson's love for geometric shapes and form.
This sofa is made to order from natural oak and boiled wool upholstery in a pink colour way as seen in the imagery. As it is made to order it can be made to bespoke sizes, wood finishes or upholstery. Please get in touch to discuss bespoke options.
What our customers say...
"We required a business gift to be sent to an associate as a thank you. AUTHOR procured, beautifully packaged and delivered the gift with a lovely hand written note. It was done seamlessly and professionally and was so easy, I wasn’t even in the country! I would highly recommend them if you ever required a gift service."
