Hand built from stoneware clay. Small imperfections such as fingerprints, superficial cracks and indentations are part of the nature of the technique in making this lovely tea cup. the shape, size and glaze of each individual piece piece might vary due to the handmade nature of the cup making it truly one-of-a-kind. Its stunning shape and unique mixture of clays make this cup a lovely piece of stoneware suitable for everyday use.

4 to 6 weeks when not in stock, sometimes sooner depending on KANA London's studio schedule. We do currently have KANA pieces in stock so please get in touch to see if this cup is available for immediate despatch.

Standard Delivery - is for items that are small/light in weight, delivery is £7 and should be with you in five to seven working days. If a piece is needed urgently don’t hesitate to get in touch as we may be able to fulfil your wishes using an express service at an extra charge.

Specialist Delivery - is for items that are too large/heavy/fragile to be sent in a parcel. As soon as your order has been received our customer service team will be in contact thanking you for your order and providing an accurate lead time. A shipping invoice will then be emailed to you requiring payment prior to despatch. Be assured, AUTHOR have negotiated competitive shipping costs from reliable couriers.

Hand built in East London

This beautiful tea cup is handmade by KANA London and it is a bespoke stoneware piece which is durable enough for everyday use. We love the individuality of each piece, because it comes with small imperfections such as fingerprints and superficial cracks which are part of the handmade nature of its creation. The White Sand Tea Cup has a contemporary design and is great for a morning breakfast tea or soothing late afternoon herbal tea.

Ana Kerin of KANA London's approach to work is experimental and playful, as she never follows a rigid making procedure and works with a unique mixture of clays and glazes. Due to the nature of this making technique, the shape and size of each piece might vary.
